Terms of service
All supplies, services and offers on nort.si managed by Go 4 d.o.o. are subject to these terms and conditions, unless the parties expressly agree otherwise. The version that was concluded on the date of the contract is valid and authentic.
Web page nort.si contains an online store that complies with the Consumer Protection Act.
Payment
Online store nort.si offers following payment methods:
- payment with credit/debit card Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express
- payment via Paypal
- payment via Apple Pay & Google Pay
- payment via direct bank transfer
Delivery
Items ordered on nort.si are in most cases shipped the same working day as ordered, latest next working day. Shipments are sent via logistics partners GLS and DHL Express.
GLS Standard shipping within EU is free on all orders above €600,00, otherwise it costs €12,00.
DHL Express shipping within EU is free on all orders above €600,00, otherwise it costs €25,00.
DHL Express Next Day delivery within EU costs €35,00.
Worldwide shipping via DHL Express is free on all orders above €600,00, otherwise it costs €35,00. Keep in mind that orders shipped outside EU will be sold without VAT, but will be subject to local customs duties & taxes.

Prices
All prices are expressed in EUR and include VAT. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. When placing an order, we will honour the price that was valid at the time of placing your order.
Return of Goods
You have the right to return purchased goods without giving any reason. You are however required, in case of an intended refund or withdrawal from the contract, to notify the supplier in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods. In this case, you cover the costs that occur due to returning the purchased product. Products have to be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. The supplier is not obliged to accept cash on delivery shipments or shipments that do not meet the supplier's general terms and conditions.
Exceptions to the Return of Goods:
You cannot return ordered goods under the following conditions in the following cases:
- for machines, appliances, computer equipment, audio and video recordings and computer programs, if you have already opened the security seal or unpacked it from its original packaging
- in the case of the supply of books
- if the product is custom-made and tailored to your needs
- if it is a perishable product or a product that has already expired (for example: used CD, cartridges, toners and other consumables, beverages, food ...)
In exceptional cases, when the items are not returned in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), we can offer the consumer a repurchase of the item with appropriate compensation, which is determined upon return. Reduced repurchase is taken into account when the consumer has confirmed this by email. As a consumer, you may only use the above mentioned repurchase when ordering another item of equal or higher value.

Contract Withdrawal
For distance contracts or contracts concluded off-premises, as a consumer, you have the right to inform the company within 14 days of your withdrawal from the contract, without stating a reason for your decision. You will only be charged with the costs in accordance with the seventh paragraph of Article 43.d of the ZVPot Act.
In the event of contract withdrawal, we shall return all received payments immediately or no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal.
You may submit your notice of withdrawal to the company using the form provided here or by making an unambiguous statement indicating that you are withdrawing from the contract.
It is presumed, that you as the consumer have submitted the statement of withdrawal in time, if sent within the stated contract withdrawal deadline.
Exercising the Right to Withdraw from the Contract
If you withdraw from the contract, we will return all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs, without unnecessary delays and in any case no later than 14 days, after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. In regards to the refund, we will use the same payment methods as you had used for the initial transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We reserve the right to withhold funds until we have received returned goods.
Return the goods to us or hand them over without undue delay in any case no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiration of 14 days. You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from conduct that is unnecessary and found to be inconsistent with the nature, character and function of the goods.
Introduction to Liability for Material Errors
Defect as to quality:
- if the item does not have the characteristics necessary for its normal use or for its trade
- if the item does not have the characteristics necessary for the specific use for which the buyer is purchasing it, which was known or should have been known to the seller
- if the item does not have the characteristics and qualities that have been explicitly or silently agreed upon or prescribed
- if the seller has handed over an item that does not match the pattern or model, unless the pattern or model has been shown for information only
For online purchases, the consumer may issue a complaint based on defect as to quality, in accordance with the provisions of the ZVPot, within two years from the delivery of the item, which has to be proven with an original invoice and the delivery receipt. You can claim your rights in the following manner:
If you notify the seller of the defect within two months of the date when the defect was discovered,
you have to provide a more detailed description of the defect in the complaint form and allow the supplier to inspect the matter,
you can send a message regarding the defect to the supplier personally, and we, as the supplier, have to issue a receipt,
the consumer, who has duly informed the supplier of the defect, has the right to require from the supplier to: rectify the defect or return part of the amount paid in proportion to the defect or replace the defective goods with new impeccable goods or return the amount paid.
If the defect is not disputed, we accept the buyer's request as soon as possible, but no later than in eight days.
As the supplier, we respond to the request in writing no later than eight days after its receipt, if the defect is disputed. In the event that we destroy or lose the product, which has been given to us for repair, maintenance or completion, we are obliged to deliver a new identical product to you within eight days or to pay compensation immediately in the amount of the retail price of the new product.
The complaint is valid upon submission of the original invoice, the delivery receipt and the completed complaint form.
A buyer who is not a consumer in accordance with ZVPot, reinforces their rights to guarantee claims in accordance with the applicable legislation.
